Helicopter Flights & DC3 Flights

Short scenic flights will be available at the Airshow on both Saturday and Sunday.

Helicopter flights will be to the Mount, with spectacular views of Tauranga Harbour and the Mount's beautiful beaches.  The flight will be approximately 5 minutes at a cost of only $40 per passenger.

"We arrive from Ardmore at 0810, and after the pilots briefing at 0830, we plan a scenic flight before the Airshow gets underway each day (subject to having 18 passengers to make it viable).  Thereafter and subject to the airshow programme, we will look to schedule a second flight around midday.  Flights are $90 per person for 20 minutes and during this time we will take in Papamoa, the Mount and Matakana Island.  Bookings can be made at the main tent where the DC3 crew will be based and payment can be made via eftpos, visa, mastercard or cash.  Alternatively, if you want to reserve your seat in advance, you can call Jessica on 0274 382 297."
