With up to 30,000 people there, it's going to be good fun & good for business.  You must be there.  Set up a trade stand and sell your wares or set up a food & beverage stand and feed the masses at this event - only $425 plus GST for a 7.5m x 6m site.  Or if you have an arts & crafts/human interest/hobby business, why not set up in our super sized marquee (fully covered) in a 3m x 3m site for only $512.50 plus GST.

NOTES FOR EXHIBITORS:

Trade sites can access the airfield to set up their sites from 8.00am Friday 27th right up until 6.30pm.  Full site security is in place from 5.00pm Friday 27th through until Sunday 29th.  Airfield opens to the public from 7.30am on both Saturday and Sunday.  All trade sites must be fully operational by 10.00am Saturday 28th. Any site holder who is unable to undertake this needs to e-mail cbas@actrix.nz and request a variation to these times.
