Supermarine Spitfire is a British-produced one-seater fighter jet that contributed significantly to the Allied victory in World War II. It is considered one of the most successful combat aircraft of the time.
From the world of COBI comes a model of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk VB. It is distinguished by the special markings of the Polish Squadron 303, which in an outstanding way contributed to the victory of the Allies in the Battle of Britain.
The aircraft has a movable propeller and ailerons. Its rotating wheels with rubber tyres can be retracted from the chassis in a take-off or landing position. The pilot's cabin can be opened to put a figure at the controls. The aircraft utilises printed block rather than stickers. Not only does this make the model more detailed it becomes hard wearing if being used as a toy. A special stand is also included to enhance the model's exposure and aircraft name plate.
Model dimensions (length x width x height): 27.5 cm (10.8") x 34 cm (13.4") x 13 cm (5.1")
